Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms define the conditions, procedures, rights, obligations, and responsibilities for using the online calculator service provided by CalKing (hereinafter "the Service").

The Service provides the following free online calculation tools:

  • Health & Life: BMI, BMR, calorie, body fat, sleep, water intake, date calculations, etc.
  • Tax & Real Estate: Income tax, property tax, capital gains, etc.
  • Education & Utility: GPA, grade, percentage, unit converter, character counter, etc.

Article 3 (Service Usage)

  1. The Service is free to use by anyone without registration.
  2. The Service is available 24/7 in principle, but may be temporarily suspended for system maintenance or other reasons.
  3. The service provider may change or discontinue the Service without prior notice.

Article 4 (Accuracy of Results)

  1. All calculation results provided by the Service are for reference purposes only and are not legally binding or guaranteed to be accurate.
  2. Results for tax and financial calculations may vary based on actual tax rates, deductions, and individual circumstances. Please verify exact amounts with relevant authorities or qualified professionals.
  3. The service provider assumes no responsibility for decisions made based on calculation results.

Article 5 (User Obligations)

Users must not engage in the following activities:

  • Disrupting the normal operation of the Service
  • Infringing on the rights of others through the Service
  • Placing excessive load on the Service through automated means
  • Unauthorized copying, distributing, or modifying the Service's content

Article 6 (Advertising)

The Service may display third-party advertisements through Google AdSense and other providers to support operations. Any transactions arising from advertisements are between the user and the advertiser, and the service provider bears no responsibility for such transactions.

Article 7 (Intellectual Property)

  1. All content, including design, text, and code, is copyrighted by the service provider.
  2. Users may freely use calculation results obtained through the Service for personal purposes.

Article 8 (Limitation of Liability)

  1. The service provider is not liable for inability to provide the Service due to force majeure, including natural disasters or system failures.
  2. The service provider is not liable for any damages resulting from users' failure to achieve expected results or from decisions based on calculation results.
